These terms govern the purchase of the VisadoAsia file review service (www.visadoasia.com), provided by Cloud Dynamics Limited, a Hong Kong company with Business Registration Number 67340964 and registered address at Rm 607 Yen Sheng Centre, 64 Hoi Yuen Rd, Kwun Tong, Hong Kong ("VisadoAsia" or "we"). Contact: hi@visadoasia.com.
By ticking the acceptance box at checkout you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, the Refund policy and the Privacy policy.
1. What we do and what we do not do
The service consists of reviewing the documents you upload for your Thai visa application and delivering a report that states, document by document, whether it meets the requirements published by your embassy, what is missing and what should be corrected. When relevant to your case, the report includes draft letters (for example, from your employer, a cover letter or a sponsorship letter).
We do not:
- submit the application for you or access the official portal thaievisa.go.th on your behalf;
- contact embassies, consulates or immigration authorities;
- act as lawyers or a visa agency, or give legal advice;
- guarantee that your visa will be granted: the decision is always made by the Thai authorities, who may ask for additional documents or apply their own criteria.
The consular fee is not included in our price: you pay it directly to the embassy.
2. Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a contract. If you upload documents of other people (for example, your partner or children as dependants), you confirm that you have their permission or act as their legal representative.
3. Products and prices
- File review, per visa type (DTV, Non-O retirement, O-A retirement, TR tourist and METV tourist): full review of the file for the embassy and category you choose.
- Re-review: a new review of the documents you corrected after receiving your report, for the same visa and embassy.
Prices are shown in euros (EUR), US dollars (USD), Mexican pesos (MXN) or Colombian pesos (COP) depending on your country, and include the applicable taxes. The amount you pay is the one shown in the payment summary before you confirm. Launch prices are valid until the date shown on the website.
Discount codes are applied at checkout, cannot be combined unless stated, are subject to the validity and conditions of each code and cannot be exchanged for cash.
4. Payment
Payment is made in advance by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay in the secure form of our payment provider, Stripe, shown within our website. We do not receive or store your card details. On your bank statement the charge will show a description that includes "VISADOASIA". Your bank may charge fees or apply its own exchange rate if you pay in a currency different from your account's.
5. How the service works
- Payment. Once the payment is confirmed we email you a link to access your account. There is no password: whenever you want to sign in we email you an access link.
- Details and documents. You enter some basic details of the applicant (date of birth, planned arrival and dependants) and upload the documents in your checklist. The system immediately checks the format, size and image quality of each file.
- Submitting the file. When all mandatory documents are uploaded, you submit the file for review.
- Report. We deliver the report within 3 business days of the file being complete. If we need clarification or a document is missing, we ask you by email and the period resumes when you send it.
All communication about the service is by email. We do not offer phone or video call support.
6. Your obligations
- Upload genuine, legible documents that belong to you or that you are authorised to use.
- Do not upload forged or altered documents. If we find signs of forgery we may stop the service without a refund.
- Review the report and draft letters before using them and confirm the requirements on your embassy's official website before applying.
- Keep access to your email secure, as it is the key to your account.
7. Use of artificial intelligence
We use artificial intelligence (AI) systems to support the review. This is exactly how:
- What we use it for. Reading and extracting data from documents (for example names, dates, amounts or balances), checking consistency between documents, classifying bank statement transactions, detecting format or quality problems and preparing draft letters from the data in your file.
- Human review. A member of our team reviews the result before the report is delivered to you. AI does not decide the content of the report on its own.
- Providers. We work with AI providers such as Anthropic, Google and OpenAI. Data may be processed in the European Union and the United States, with the safeguards described in the Privacy policy. We use their services under business (API) terms, under which, according to their terms, they do not use the data we send to train their models.
- Limitations. AI can make mistakes or misread a document. That is why we review the results and why the report is an aid to prepare your file, not a guarantee of approval.
- Draft letters. Drafts generated with the help of AI are labelled as such. You must review, complete and adapt them to your real situation before using them. You are responsible for the truthfulness of anything you sign or submit.
- No automated decisions. We do not take decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affect you.
8. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds
Cancellation and refund conditions, including consumers' 14-day right of withdrawal, are set out in the Refund policy, which forms part of these terms. When you buy, you ask us to start the review immediately and accept that, once the report is delivered, the service has been fully provided and you can no longer withdraw.
9. Liability
We provide the service with professional diligence, based on the information published by official sources on the date of the review. We are not responsible for:
- the decision the authorities make on your visa, or changes to requirements after the review;
- errors caused by incomplete, forged or illegible documents, or by incorrect information you gave us;
- any use you make of the report or draft letters without reviewing them.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for the service is limited to the amount you paid for it. This limitation does not apply where the law does not allow liability to be limited, such as wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and does not reduce the rights granted to you by applicable consumer law.
10. Personal data and documents
We process your data and documents only to provide the service, as explained in the Privacy policy. Documents are automatically deleted 30 days after we deliver your report, and you can delete them earlier from your account. You keep all rights to your documents; you allow us to process them only to review them.
11. Intellectual property
The software, texts, templates and report format belong to Cloud Dynamics Limited. You may use your report and draft letters for your own application, but not resell them or use them to provide services to others.
12. Changes to the service and these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes in the service or the law. Each order is governed by the version in force when you paid for it. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page.
13. Governing law and complaints
These terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong and disputes are submitted to the courts of Hong Kong. If you are a consumer living in another country, you keep the protections of the law of your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract, including your right to bring a claim before the courts of your place of residence where that law provides for it.
